WHY WORK FOR US?

We polled the staff for their 'best reasons to work for Hare Hatch Sheeplands' - but they were  too busy to reply and said they needed a holiday!

Only kidding...here are some things they came up with ... (honestly!)

1. Free tea and coffee in the palatial tea room (but only at break time - the bosses)
2. Owners & directors, Rob and Andrew, are on the shop floor most of the time so you can tell them when they do things wrong
3. Although working Bank Holidays is the norm, you get plenty of holiday & you can take big chunks if you book it in advance (4 weeks off)
4. I can get my lunch from the farm shop every day
5. Lovely outdoor life - lots of fresh air
6. Friendly & Social
7. We are FUN & sometimes a bit silly! Some fancy dress required occasionally
8. A completely independant company - doing it their own way,  who want you to succeed and build a career.
9. Excellent staff discount
10. I feel like I make a difference and my ideas and opinions count
